Qualifying installations from January 1, 2011 – December 31, 2011 are eligible for a rebate contingent on funding availability. After receiving your rebate reservation, you MUST complete a rebate application and mail it in with a copy of your dated ITEMIZED invoice. (Please make sure your invoice includes the complete model number(s), cost of each unit installs, and labor costs)
PLEASE NOTE, you MUST have the equipment installed and submit your rebate application with all the required documents within 60 days from the date you made your reservation. If you do not send in your information by the 60 day deadline, your rebate request will be denied.
We offer the following rebates to current National Grid gas heating customers:
* $560 rebate for forced hot water condensing boilers, 90%+ AFUE*
* $420 rebate for forced hot air furnaces, 94%+ AFUE* with electronic commutated motor (ECM)
* up to $420 rebate for duct sealing/insulation by a BPI accredited contractor (Please note - Duct sealing/insulation must be completed in conjunction with the installation of a new furnace)
* $350 rebate for forced hot water boilers, 85%+ AFUE*
* $350 rebate for steam boilers with electronic ignition, 82%+ AFUE*
* $280 rebate for forced hot air furnaces, 92%+ AFUE* with electronic commutated motor (ECM)
* $210 rebate for indirect water heaters
* $140 rebate for forced hot air furnaces, 90%+ AFUE*
* $70 rebate for add on boiler reset controls attached to a forced hot water boiler
* $18 rebate for ENERGY STAR® rated or 7-day programmable thermostats, maximum two per household, must be installed by a contractor at the time of a furnace or boiler replacement
